Relocating to the Plano area was not going to be easy but at least the apartment selection turned out very well. Marquette at Preston Park was a great choice for us, easy to work with (Tim and and his team are wonderful), promptly responding to any inquiry. What little service I required was handled quickly and professionally. We liked the floor plans and especially liked the quiet!

This week Mr. Ed stopped by to fix my kitchen lights. I wasn't feeling well. Mr Ed was so polite and quiet as to not wake me. I didn't even hear him leave. I don't know any other maintenance I've felt so comfortable sleeping while he worked. I consider Mr. Ed as family . That's just how safe I felt. Thank you for being a wonderful Godly man that the residents at Marquette can feel safe around.

I'd like to thank Edson for lighting up my kitchen. After he installed new ballasts my kitchen is now brighter than it has been since I've moved here. It also got rid of the lights blinking in the kitchen. Much,Much, Much better. Thank You george

I love my floor plan and the area!!! I looked at 22 places before I could find a floor plan like the one I have! It does NOT look like an apartment at all! I have my own private garage and there are several levels to my floor plan. It is BRIGHT and very OPEN! It is a very quite and safe place to live. The staff and and the maintenance crew are AMAZING !!! Patricia Hendrix If you have any questions I leave your number with the staff I will be happy to call you. The only negative is the do not have any machines in the gym for the legs.
